Adding Outlook Calendars To The Clik Diary - CS

This article will explain how you can export your Microsoft/Office 365 Outlook diary into the Clik diary.

First, you must have signed in with your Office 365 account. You can go to this article to do this.

Go to Settings > Settings > Communication> Office 365.

Select the ‘Calendars’ tab.

Now you should see your personal calendars and any shared calendars.

In this example, I’m going to overlay a shared calendar by selecting ‘Overlay this calendar in the Clik Diary’. You can also do this with your personal diary as well.

Once you’re happy with the diaries you wish to overlay in the click diary click ‘OK’

Let’s look at the Clik Diary to see your outlook diary in your Clik diary.

Go to the Diary module, select the diary items drop-down and tick ‘Office 365 Calendars’

Here is how your Outlook diary item will look in the Clik Service diary.
