You can set up and view reminders against individual certificates. These are then shown in the reminders/planned work list along with a pop-up notification.
Automatic Reminders
Enabling automatic reminders in your defaults will mean that when you click complete on a certificate, a reminder window will appear.

You can change the title, reminder type, and due date as required. This will then show in the reminder/planned visits list.
The reminder will continue to appear and pop up until you tick the 'Reminder Complete' box.
Manual Reminders
To manually set a reminder on a certificate you need to right-click on the certificate from the certificate list.

From the drop-down menu select Create reminder for selected certificate'. The reminder window will then open.
You can change the title, reminder type, and due date as required. This will then show in the reminder/planned work list.
The reminder will continue to appear and pop-up until you tick the 'Reminder Complete' box.
