To get started with the new Clik Cert Electrical apps (available on iOS and Android tablets/smartphones), you must first make sure you have the desktop NICEIC Cert Software set-up. You can find the various articles to help you do so here.
First, you need to download the app from the Google Play store or Apple store, depending on your device manufacturer.
After downloading and opening the app, you will be prompted to enter a pin code. If you are unsure where you find this, we have a quick guide you can follow.
It will then ask for your username and password that was set when creating the user. Make sure you have selected 'Allow login' when creating the user so you can set a password. The username will be the first name and surname (case and space sensitive).
