Ordering Rate Labels | CR

You can order your rate labels in Clik Service so they will display in that order in Clik Remote when your engineer selects a time item. This will also change the order of rates in Clik Service.

Before we begin, let’s take an example of rates not in the correct order. Currently, I have ‘Dimmer Item Rate’ as the first rate but I want ‘Normal Rate’ to be the default.

Now let’s fix that. First, go to Settings > Settings in Clik Service.

Once in settings, go to ‘Rates & Work Hours’.

Next, scroll down to ‘Labels’. On the ‘Rates & Work Hours' section you will see two arrows going up and down, select the label you wish to be at the top. In this case, we will select ‘Normal Rate’.

Next click ‘OK’ to save the settings.

Now let’s see the change in Clik Remote.
