Can you send all invoice from a generic email address from multi PC's
If you have a shared Office 365 account, you will be able to email from that shared email account.
Can your engineer see a picture or document in Clik Service?
If they have Clik Remote Engineer, they will be able to see documents on the job, the site of the job and the equipment documents.
Who is responsible to make sure the client has paid the reverse tax?
If you are unsure, you might need to speak to an accountant, but it should be the end user in the chain.
Can we share the OneDrive and other cloud-based drives?
We will be looking into the possibility of expanding the Office 365 integration across other services, such as OneDrive, in the future.
When searching for emails, can you find emails sent from others or can you only find your own sent and received emails?
You can also connect other personal/shared accounts on your Clik user.
Can you send a job sheet directly to the engineer?
Yes. From within a job sheet, you can email the assigned engineer if you have their details added.
Will the access to a OneDrive be available on Clik Jobs as well as Clik Remote?
This is not currently in development so we cannot currently confirm if it would be available in Clik Jobs or Clik Remote. Please keep an eye out for updates on this over on our blog and social media.
