Send Job Sheets As SMS - CS

In Clik Service, you can send a job sheet to one of your engineers whilst they're out and about in the field, in the form of an SMS text message.

To do this you need to go to the jobs module in Clik Service and bring up the job sheet you want to send.

When you have raised the job sheet click the 'Tools' button in the top right of the job sheet window and select 'Send as SMS' from the drop-down menu.

Double-click the template that appears in the pop-up box and then from here you need to select which engineer you are sending it to. You can do that by selecting this button highlighted below.

Select which engineer you need from your list of contacts then click 'OK'.

Now, add a text message if necessary, then hit 'OK' to send.
