If you do not already know how to create an action list, find out how here.
To start, go to Tools > Print Template Editor and open your chosen template.
Select the insert table button.

Place the table on the location you want the action list to be displayed. The table properties will display.
Next, select "action list" from the 'Table container type' drop-down menu in the top right corner and select the action list you require under 'Table Name' e.g. energy-saving checklist.

You will need to add columns to the table but you may just want the description and the answer. Select the columns tab and add a standard column, then apply the corresponding field name.

To save the template click 'OK'.
