Improvements

• Certificates now load faster
• Improvements made to the create cert screen
  - Ordered alphabetically by short code
  - Grouped by 'Favourites', 'Electrical', 'Fire Safety', 'Emergency Lighting' and 'General'
  - Saving a favourite cert automatically moves it to the top

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused notifications to show when the notification setting is turned off
• Fixed an issue that prevented users from creating certs from templates
