Saving Documents - CS

In Clik Service you can save documents directly to the Clik database, however for this function to work correctly you will need the full version of SQL server.

• Choose the customer/supplier and select documents > new.
• Select store to database if you want it stored directly on the Clik database.

• You can then select the file you want to store in the database. And you will see it in the documents tab.

In most other modules you will see the documents tab where you add times and materials.
The advantage of having documents stored on the job sheet is that engineers can access the documents online via Clik Remote.
