Improvements

• When a piece of equipment is deleted from the job, the list now refreshes.
• Date time user fields will now allow for a date entry.
• 'Complete' status will now revert back if force completed items have not been completed.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved time out issues with HTTP connections.
• Download action lists with a sync date (no longer getting all)
• Download action list templates without a sync date
